Silo 10 Years X Ruinart
On Tuesday 17th June, chef Doug McMaster will collaborate with his long-term friend, artist and visionary Joost Bakker to create a unique ticketed dinner.
Over the course of six nostalgic dishes, the evening’s menu will showcase the very best of Silo’s bold creativity through daring, delicious food, all the while operating without a bin. In partnership with Ruinart, the dinner will be meticulously paired with special bottles Ruinart Blanc Singulier Edition 18 and 19, to toast a shared belief between Silo and Ruinart in the importance of intentional design to combat climate change.
The evening will begin with a hosted panel talk by Doug McMaster on the topic of zero waste with guests Thomasina Miers and George Lamb.
