Yesterday saw OUTSOURCING Inc. – a company committed to people & society – return for the second year as the sponsor one of Guards Polo Club’s most prestigious tournaments – the OUTSOURCING Inc. Royal Windsor Cup.

In attendance was Her Majesty The Queen and notable VIP guests including esteemed actresses Gillian Anderson and Felicity Jones, as well as Danny Huston, Alexandra Mountbatten, Chris Eubank, Chris Eubank Jnr, Lady Forsyth-Johnson, Yoshiki, Meridith Ostrom, Christina Estrada and Mica Paris.

Engrained in OUTSOURCING Inc.’s business model is their mission to provide businesses with the means to enhance their offerings, which goes hand-in-hand with their aspiration to create a better society through their philanthropic partnerships. As part of this endeavour, OUTSOURCING Inc welcomed invited disadvantaged children from a variety of charities including Power of Polo, Caudwell Children and Ebony Horse Club to enjoy the day’s festivities.

OUTSOURCING Inc. expanded on the strong charitable focus of the event: “Several charities are represented at the OUTSOURCING Inc. Royal Windsor Cup, including Poloafrica, a team of young players from the poorest and most educationally and economically deprived levels of South African society. OUTSOURCING Inc., in association with UK Armed Forces Polo Association (UKAFPA), is delighted to offer these young players a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play at such a prestigious event.”

OUTSOURCING Inc. Royal Windsor Cup special guests enjoyed a quintessentially British day at the polo threaded with Japanese culture as teams battled it out in an action-packed tournament to win the prizes including traditional, custom-made, Japanese Kabuto helmets which historically were part of a protective suit of armour that reflected the wearer’s character and personality.  In addition, a covetable Nishizen (Kimono glass) trophy, specially made using the most luxurious type of kimono only a bride can wear at her wedding called Uchikake, was awarded to the winning UAE polo team.

A delicious spread of various delicacies were enjoyed such as Tazuna and Chirashi sushi by the renowned Yoshinori Tezuka of Mastsuno Sushi, and fresh water Japanese caviar called ‘Hal Caviar’ served in reusable bamboo cups that double up as a sake glass. Yoshinori had also been flown from Japan especially for the occasion. The after party included a set from American actor, Gary Dourdan bringing the day to a perfect close.
