‘O ver St James’s creates ‘A Purer Pizza’ in support of World Ocean Day and Plastic Oceans UK

‘O ver, the authentic Neapolitan restaurant known for creating London’s first Pure Sea Water Pizza will launch a limited edition ‘Purer Pizza’ on World Ocean Day, 8th June 2019. 100% of profits from sales of the pizza will go to Plastic Oceans UK, aiding their mission to prevent plastic pollution from reaching the ocean within a generation.

The conservation of the world’s oceans is key for ‘O verto continue it’s unique heritage of cooking with Pure Sea Water, an approach that unlocks a number of advantages whilst significantly improving the taste and texture. ‘O ver’sPure Sea Water is extracted from a natural oasis identified by the Italian Environment Ministry as a future conservation area and contains 40% less sodium and more minerals making it lighter and easy to digest. The result is an authentic Neapolitan pizza, which is very soft, elastic, tender and fragrant.

With up to 12 million tonnes of plastic ending up in our oceans every year, damaging the delicate ecosystems that thrive there, ‘O ver St James’s is encouraging their diners to enjoy delicious Neapolitan street food whilst contributing to the campaign to raise awareness of plastic pollution.

‘A Purer Pizza’ will be available to order at ‘O ver St James’s from 8th June –15th June. Open from midday to 11pm, ‘O ver St James’s and invites Londoner’s to eat to be happy.
