Communicating The Cause Behind Elton John Aids Foundation Social Fundraising Events

For over 10 years, we have worked alongside the Elton John AIDS Foundation to support their social events programme with effective media relations and social influencer activity designed to communicate the background to each fundraising initiative.

To ensure that the cause messaging is not lost within the excitement of telling the celebrity attendance or experience story of each event, briefings with opinion forming editors are carried out to pre-agree feature and diary editorial in advance.  Tailored stories provide media with accessible ways to include important EJAF messaging re compassion and support for those who are HIV positive.  95% target messaging delivered across editorial to date.

Strategic planning and partnerships with sponsors and performers at each event to help spread fundraising messages have proved highly successful with high engagement rates amongst carefully targeted communities.
