CEW UK announces the appointment of two new board members
CEW UK is delighted to announce the appointment of two new board members to its experienced panel of industry experts. Melis Del Rey, UK Health and Beauty Country Leader at Amazon, and Selma Terzic, CEO of QMS Mediocosmetics will both offer unique insights and knowledge of the industry to CEW’s members. The appointment of Melis and Selma demonstrates CEW’s commitment to remaining the authoritative voice of the UK beauty industry and to addressing topics that shape the future of the sector.
With a PhD in New Product Development, Melis has 11 years’ experience with Procter and Gamble overseeing the leadership of six different countries across its beauty portfolio. She moved to Amazon in 2014 where she has doubled the size of her department and its profitability.
Selma has over 20 years’ experience working with industry-leading brands. Selma’s successes include opening the first MAC Cosmetics store outside of the US, as well as launching a global marketing campaign for St Tropez with Kate Moss. Selma now works for QMS Mediocosmetics using her extensive knowledge of the beauty industry to develop and drive the brand.
