Rake’s Launches Saturday Brunch Menu
3 brunch dishes & unlimited cocktails priced at £25 per head
Over the summer, Londoners and visitors to the capital can escape the city with Saturday brunch at Rake’s, a day to night eating and drinking destination located next to Liverpool Street Station and on the cusp of East London.
Guests can choose three dishes from a large selection of brunch favourites including; smashed avocado on sourdough toast with tomato and chilli salsa, the Rake’s Benedict – a combination of cured ham, avocado hollandaise and poached Burford Browns and nutty granola with poached apricots, greek yogurt and berry compote. Larger dishes available within the brunch offer include the buttermilk chicken burger with chipotle ketchup, Rake’s Rainbow Salad and pan fried sea trout with new season potato served with fennel and caper salad. Desserts include chocolate cake with mascarpone ice cream and marsala caramel and vanilla bean cheesecake with seasonal fruits & coulis.
Alongside brunch, guests can enjoy unlimited Aperol or cucumber spritz on tap or the non-alcoholic ‘Exotic Escape’ cocktail made with Seedlip Garden 108, passionfruit, coconut, soda and tonic.
Rake’s offers simple and comforting food alongside fantastic coffee and a specially crafted cocktail menu of modern and classic concoctions. Guests can snack, eat and drink throughout the day and will be hosted by a team of individual characters, all with a love of wine, food and cocktails – There is no formality, no rules.
Rake’s Saturday Brunch Menu is priced at £25 per head and available from 10:00am to 3:30pm. Tables are given for a maximum of two hours, bookings can be taken in advance.
