Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester celebrates the RHS Chelsea Flower Show with limited edition floral-inspired menu

In celebration of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show this May, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester will offer a limited edition floral-inspired Lunch Hour menu reimagined by Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet.

Highlights of the Lunch Flower Menu include playful dishes such as the ‘Blossoming Tartlet, tender herb condiment‘, ‘Hereford Snails, wild mushrooms, Parsley Butter’ and  ‘Lemon Sole fillet, red & yellow beetroot’. The Lunch Flower Menu is completed by an intricate ‘English Rose garden’ dessert, created by the talented Pastry Chef Thibault Hauchard.

Guests can enjoy The Lunch Flower Menu within the restaurant whilst whimsical floral displays created by The Dorchester’s designer florist Philip Hammond, span the length of the restaurant’s panoramic windows, the ultimate Chelsea Flower Show treat for any green-fingered foodie.

The Lunch Flower Menu is available for a limited time between Tuesday 22nd May to Friday 26th May; 12:00pm to 1:30pm  priced at £65 for 3 courses, 2 glasses of wine, 1/2 bottle of mineral water and coffee/tea per person.
